As part of the Heineken Quality Internship 2024 intake in Johannesburg, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to acquire practical work experience within a professional work environment. During the 12-month internship, the successful candidate is expected to gain exposure in the following areas:
- Quality Control and Assurance (extrinsic/intrinsic control, quality management systems, etc.
- Production
- Research
The Heineken Quality Internship 2024 intake commences on 01 February 2024 and ends in 31 January 2025.
Applicants must be able to meet the role’s minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the role:
- Currently pursuing final year of qualification in any of the following:
- BSc in Biotechnology
- National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or Food Technology
- A South African citizen
- Computer literate
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexible; able to adjust with the physical demands of the role
- Able and willing to work extended hours
- Owns a reliable transport
- Able to commit to a 12-month internship contract
